Booking conditions and house rules

1. Upon conclusion of a reservation (accommodation contract), the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) 2006 are deemed to have been accepted by our hotel. www.hotelverband.at/down/AGBH_061115.pdf

2. With your booking you also accept these booking conditions/house rules.

3. We reserve the right to cancel a booking without giving reasons up to 3 months before arrival. We will only do this in exceptional cases, for example if we make a mistake when maintaining the hotel programme and a booking is made that is unsuitable for us.

4. If a flat is cancelled, we will make every effort to re-let it. If this is not possible, the cancellation fee according to AGBH (see above) will be charged. If the flat can only be re-let for fewer days than you originally booked, the cancellation fee will be charged pro rata for the days not re-let. If the flat can be re-let for the same length of stay, we will charge a €50.00 administration fee and refund the balance of the deposit immediately.

5. It is not so rare that things turn out differently than you think and the booked holiday has to be cancelled or broken off prematurely. The right of cancellation according to § 18 para. 1 no. 10 FAGG does not apply, instead
the AGHB already mentioned under point 1 apply. We would like to spare you the unnecessary cancellation costs and the associated hassle and recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. We therefore recommend that you take out Hotel Cancellation Plus or the comprehensive Hotel Cancellation Premium insurance (incl. accident benefits) to cover cancellation, early departure and mountain rescue (incl. helicopter rescue):

6. Reservations are only accepted in writing. After transferring the deposit of approx. 30% to our respective account at Volksbank Ischgl – Landeck BIC: VBOEATWWINN, IBAN Brandhof (Apartments 1,2,3): AT59 4239 0030 0004 5036 IBAN Brandhof Lodge (Apartments 4,5,6,7,8,9,10): AT67 4239 0005 2000 6704, we will confirm your booking immediately.

7. Pets are not allowed.

8. Means of payment: advance bank transfer, cash payment in euros, debit card (EC card), credit card (Visa, Mastercard) For down payments we only accept bank transfer. We ask you to pay the remaining amount by bank transfer a few days before your arrival. Of course, cash or card payment is also possible on site.

9. For a stay of up to 3 nights we charge a short stay surcharge of 10%.

10. In some flats it is possible to accommodate an additional person beyond the standard occupancy. This may only be done on request and will be charged. The maximum flat price for the standard occupancy is generally charged, even if fewer guests are travelling. It is expressly forbidden to accept and accommodate additional unannounced persons.

11 Groups: Our flats are intended for the specified number of people. Due to negative experiences, we do not want more than this number of guests to meet regularly in one of the flats. We also do not have a lounge that is suitable for groups

12. Children under 3 years stay free of charge in a cot on request.

13. the flats are ready for occupancy from approx. 15:00 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we ask you to leave the flat by 9.00 am at the latest. Please let us know the approximate time of arrival and contact us if you will be late. us if you will be late.

14. We require a deposit of 200.00 euros in cash only on arrival, which will be returned to you in full at the end of your stay against return of the key if the flat has been left in an acceptable condition and without damage. If damage has occurred or the flat has not been left in good condition, the deposit will be retained in part or in full. The key locks the front door and flat door. The second key is for your ski locker – please keep it with you at all times. Otherwise you run the risk of not being able to get into the house or flat, especially at night! If a key is lost, it must be paid for in cash on site (50 euros).

15. We ask you to separate the rubbish (especially the organic waste) and put it in the appropriate rubbish bins. We also ask you to dispose of the rubbish on the day of departure.

16. Our houses are non-smoking houses. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony or outside the front door.

17. From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. the night’s rest must be observed. We ask you to keep quiet, especially in the stairwell areas, so as not to disturb the other guests. TV sets and music must be set to room volume. By
We understand quiet at night to mean appropriate behaviour without noise nuisance or other unacceptable behaviour in the houses and in the entrance area.

18 Due to fire safety regulations, it is prohibited to bring and operate medium and large electrical appliances (taps, cooling or heating appliances, grills, toasters, deep fryers, music systems, etc.). Small electrical appliances (mobile phones, laptops, etc.) must comply with EU standards.

19. In the event of repeated offences or a single gross violation of the house rules and the AGBH, we reserve the right to withhold the deposit in part or in full or we will ask you to leave the flat immediately and look for other accommodation. In this case, the remaining amount must be paid without deduction.
